** To register for the NAPD Annual Members Conference you must be a fully paid member for term 2024/2025
Please note that you must be a Fully Paid member for term 2025/2026 of the NAPD to attend the Annual Conference**
**A Membership invoice for 2025/2026 will be issued in June 2025 once you register**
** Registration is for ONE Delegate Only, if two, three, or four would like to attend from one school, registration is needed for each individual and cannot be shared**
**Your Conference fee must be paid before Conference takes place in October 2025**
**If you use a PO System for invoices, can you please raise this PO and add it in when you are registering**

A full conference fee still must be paid even if you attend for one day or even a half of a day.

Accommodation Information

This booking form is to attend the NAPD Conference October 2025. Your Conference Fee does not include your accommodation. NAPD are not responsible for the booking of the delegates accommodation and all queries are to be directed to the hotel itself.

To book accommodation in any of the hotels with the NAPD rates you must be a NAPD Member 2024/2025.

To note: If you book your hotel you must still register to attend conference through NAPD, booking your accommodation does not automatically book you into conference

    NAPD can facilitate your payment option depending on your sector. NAPD are unable to accept Credit Cards at this time.

     

    Your delegate ticket includes Attendance at conference, Tea and coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and delegate packs. It also includes a choice of preconference events on Wednesday 16th October 2024. More details to follow.

    **If you are not a NAPD Member for the term 2024/2025 you will not be able to book your hotel accommodation for the NAPD Conference, a conference invoice will be issued in September along with a conference invoice.**

    Terms and Conditions - PLEASE READ*****

    1. To avail of a full refund delegates have up to Monday 22nd September 3pm to cancel their conference registration. Delegates cancellation must be emailed to Head Office info@napd.ie.

    2. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel your conference registration after Monday 22nd September.

    3. Registration for Conference will close Monday 6th October at 3pm. Any late registrations must be paid immediately. strong>

    4. If you run a PO system, a PO must be provided at time of registration.

    5. Your invoice will be issued to the accounts email address you have supplied.

    6. This booking is provisional until payment, in full, has been received. You must be an NAPD Member to attend the annual conference, if you are unsure of your Membership please contact the NAPD Head Office. Please make sure your membership is paid before attending or is in the process of being paid.

    7. Your membership must be paid for 2025/2026 before you can attend the Conference in October 2025. if there are issues please contact Head Office as soon as possible.

    8. If you register on the day of the event you will be subject to delays at Registration.

    9. If you are unsure if you have register for conference please check before travelling.

    10. The email address provided at registration will be used for Conference Correspondence, please make sure that this is entered correctly.
